EACC Candidate Endorsement Process
2026 Endorsement Process Dates
Below are the 2026 dates from our endorsement process:
- August: GR leadership established the endorsement timeline.
- October: Process and timeline shared at Board of Directors and RA meetings; October 27 noted in EACC on the GO.
- November 12: All-member email sent outlining the process and requesting the interview team volunteers.
- November (RA): Process reviewed; reminder to recruit volunteers.
- November 13–December 3: Additional communications sent; final call for interview team participation.
- Mid-December: Volunteer registration closed; approximately 10 members applied and were selected.
- January–February: Process reviewed at BOD and RA meetings; interview team finalized and trained.
- Late February–March: Candidates contacted; interviews conducted; updates provided at BOD and RA.
- April 9: Interview team and GR Committee met. GR committee reviewed materials and the interview teams’ recommendations.
- April 10–13: Candidate information and review opportunities shared with BOD, representatives, and members.
- April 15: Recommendations presented to the RA; vote conducted by the Nominations, Elections, and Credentials Committee.
- April 16: Candidates were notified of the outcome.
